About the AIAJ

The AIAJ is the union for and by the Industrial Appeals Judges at the Washington State Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals. We are committed to representing the IAJs by providing them access to collective bargaining, a grievance process, and a seat at the table in management-labor relations.  Our members provide due process and justice in the industrial insurance appeals process for the citizens of Washington. We take pride in that work, and we seek the recognition and respect they deserve.
