LMCC Meeting March 15, 2024

The AIAJ and BIIA management have scheduled the next Labor Management Communications Committee (LMCC) to occur on March 15, 2024.

The LMCC is a committee created under Article 37 of the CBA to "provide continuing communication between the parties and to promote constructive labor/management relations." Their meetings occur four times a year unless the parties agree otherwise. The scope of these meetings is limited to discussions and issue resolution only, and is not an opportunity for collective bargaining or negotiation.

The LMCC allows up to three employee representatives and up to three management representatives. AIAJ members who wish to submit issues for discussion at the LMCC meeting should contact Heather or Janene.
