With the passage of House Bill 2246, state employees gain an increase to the maximum number of hours of unused Vacation Leave they may accrue. It goes from 240 hours to 280 hours effective June 6th, 2024.
We now have a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated April 9, 2024, memorializing this change to our CBA.
